The fish is Branzino. Costco here has the farm-raised

Branzino from Greece, available as fully cleaned/gutted, chilled fresh. 

Yours should be from the local water.  The natural one now only is enough to for local consumption.  Greece and Turkey produce the farm-raised for Europe and US market.  The frozen fillet usually is from Turkey.
