Don't waste your time in Banff, spend more time in Jasper

Canmore is outside park, so bit far. Spend 2 night around Lake Louise/Yolo area, they're close to each other. Spend 3+ nights in Jasper. Spend 1-2 nights in between Banff and Jasper.

For wild life viewing and better hiking, rafting, horse riding, go to Jasper. Between Banff and Jasper, a lot of places to see.
