You missed 清明螺螄,臭豆腐,喜蛋,油燜春筍&萵筍

雞鴨血湯are my favorite when I was growing up, still are my favorite.  This April & May I went back to Hangzhou.  Since the bird disease, restaurants are don't sell chicken dishes.  I also love 清明螺螄, I like they're cooked spicy.  This is one thing I love to eat if I go to China around May.  臭豆腐 & 喜蛋 also are what I love to eat in China.  This time I got to eat 鴨喜eggs in the restaurant.  I only ate one, because I had so many other delicious dishes to eat.  I even buy them here, most time is duck or goose, goose eggs are so huge. 油燜春筍&萵筍 are fresh in Spring too.  You can't never get enough.  Oh, how much I miss China -- the real Chinese food!
