Once more?

If I have to pick some places that I will go there twice or even more, Nepal and Tibet are definitely the ones. Annappurnas circuit and Pokhara in Nepal, Mt. Kailash and Lake Manasarovar in West Tibet are like heaven. Not only the snow peaks, the vast emptieness
of the landscape and the naiveness of the friendly people are priceless.

If you acclaimitize well in high altitude, e.g. spend a few more days in Lhasa, the health should not be a issue.
