do you know why US need Obama's care ?

have you ever donated any money to some one need money to see doctor ?  I donated money many times in USA.

one of them is my classmate who broke hie army, he can not afford the price because of no insurance.
another one is just a few month agon , in  我愛我家 here, someone's daughter got cancer.

also Do you know what Obama's care for ? it is for many America don't have insurance and dying.
