Everyone should read the book
Very touching. Decribed the tragedies underneath that generation. As Ms. Lung had put (quoting Longfellow): "If we could read the secret history of our enemies, we should find in each man's life sorrow and suffering enough to disarm all hostility."
This book should not be read with arrogance, but with compassion and tolerance. Apparently and sadly not everyone is capable of an open mind (or a functional brain).
