Does any one have an idea on how to remove pentel pen stain on clothes?

Spray hairspray on it til it is very damp and blot w dry white paper towel =then wash as usual.

我記得香水可以把噴漆跟弄掉的,要不你試一試噴多點香水在塗改液沾上的地方.

建議先在別的布上實驗一下,以上兩個辦法. 希望對你有幫助.
