My personal experience

I could totally be friends with Chinese who were not born in the states but came here when they were 6 and older

But for the ones who were born here or their parents were born here I feel a major gap and they are very distanced from us as well. However I have lots of local American friends from other races. Just feel the gap with the Chinese kids born in the states.
