tell reporters to come back after he starts to contribute to Lakers' wins. He will earn more respect that way.

He needs to put in an extra hour of shooting drill after each practice/game, and another extra hour to warm up before game. He needs to hold a ball during meals and sleep, so he can be more comfortable with handling.

He doesn't need communication or discussion or support, but serious work.
