Very simple.
1) Lin is NBA caliber PG offensively. Price is not.
2) Lin's salary is much higher than Price. What happened in Houston rarely happened in the NBA. It is mostly because Harden need the ball in his hands.

The chance of Price starting is lee than 5%.
