Harden is the offense right now. Nobody is happy about it, not even Harden. Blaming coach or team doesn't help, because you never know when that is going to change. The old saying is, good players can always find ways to help the team. 

He needs to be more decisive and aggressive. I am not talking about scoring, but more decisive for everything on the court.
