英國這次金牌/獎牌超過中國的背後是什麽? 舉國體製!

目前，英國本屆奧運獲得金牌21/銀牌21/銅牌13，中國則金牌19/銀牌15/銅牌21，雙方獎牌總數現在都是55枚。

 

為了實現奪金/爭牌的目標，英國政府下屬UK SPORT，相當於中國的體育總局 ，每年從自英國政府撥款和公共基金獲得這1億英鎊預算，約合87億人民幣，然後有計劃有目標地投向能夠奪金/爭牌的項目，譬如，自行車/遊泳(跳 水)/體操/皮劃艇等項目，對能奪金/爭牌的頂級運動員全麵從金錢+技術＋場館/設備+醫療保健以及心理等方方麵麵進行資助，以力保英國運動員走上奧運會領獎台。

 

其中奪金/奪牌大戶British Cycling隊囊括了差不多本屆奧運會目前自行車有關的所有金牌，它每年從政府撥款加公共基金得到2500萬英鎊的預算，政府把公共資金修建的的在曼切斯特的自行車館供給British Cycling隊使用，並在那周圍建立培訓訓練中心/基地。

 

UK SPORT領頭，與地方體協以及各體育協會聯手相關出資建立了一係列的培訓/貯備後續運動員的計劃：

－World Class Talent  發掘後續力量 （類似中國的少年體校/少年隊）

－World Class Performance 開發有潛力的未來有冠軍潛力的年輕運動員 （類似省體校/國家青訓隊）

－World Class Podium  資助有可能登上下一屆奧運獎台的頂級運動員 (類似國家隊)

 

UK SPORT下還有一家 English Institute of Sport(EIS)，下麵是它的年度戰略報稿中提及的：

 “The strategic focus for the year has been on planning for the Tokyo cycle, whilst ensuring that the key elements of the Rio strategy continue to be implemented in the build up to this Summer’s Olympic and Paralympic Games.

The Senior Management Team (SMT) has been tracking progress against current cycle objectives a monthly basis using a traffic light monitoring system.
