in usa, laws and codes regarding sexual harassment in workplace are pretty severe and rigid, i.e, as long as the victims claimed that their daily work are affected, then they can file lawsuits against you. many bosses don’t want get themselves into trouble. so when one has lovely female subordinates, he is supposed to pretend not to be attracted by them at all. otherwise in some extreme cases, he might be sued by one or some of them. only when those ladies are leaving, his concern will be gone, after all public sexual harassment codes are ambiguous. so since you already quit the job, no biggie.
