真的有人有這樣的能力麽？

很困惑和懷疑，請大家指點一下：

愛上了一個人，可是時間很不好， 他有未婚妻而且婚期定在今年10 月。3 月才認識，感覺很開心，兩個人很合得來。可是最近他說他感覺越來越喜歡我，這個讓他很害怕，決定以後不再見麵。今天他告訴我，he has feelings for me but he has deliberately shut it down....I wish I can do the same. Just wonder if we love a person can we really shut it down freely?
