I can not agree

There is a trend that the higher educated people tend to have lower birth rate. For example, europe right now is having low birth rate. In the US, you all know who have the highest birth rate. Of course, I do not necessarily respect people who just know how to make babies, but not knowing how to raise them. This apply to all races.
