轉ira 去Roth ira 如何少繳稅

這會兒股市跌的稀裏嘩啦，ira 裏的股票或是etf 應該也是跌得厲害，如果能直接轉股票或etf，稅會低.如果不能直接轉，賣掉轉現金，然後在Roth 裏買相應或相同etf. 大家覺得如何.
