說起板栗，它一直都是我鍾愛的食物之一。過去常常會在感恩節之前買一些回來，嚐試了很多次，都無法將殼去除，吃的非常辛苦，有很長時間就再也沒有試過了。
時不時的就會在東方店買些現成的吃吃。不久前看到磊的侄女用氣炸鍋做的板栗，看起來很不錯的樣子。今天去買來了新鮮板栗，在頂上剪個小口，放在氣炸鍋裏10分鍾，居然非常容易去殼，終於在冬天裏又吃到了甘甜的滋味。

Today I bought fresh chestnuts, cut a small hole on the top, and put them in the air fryer for 10 minutes. It was very easy to remove the shells, and I finally tasted sweet again in winter.
