Memorial Day 2014


 

A cold era ended.
Summer begins.
Poppies bloom
beside the tomb.


A weeping man,
a smiling girl, and
a panting dog
stand side by side 
under the star spangled flag.


A train takes off.


 

 

2014年國殤節

 

寒冬已過
夏日降臨
罌粟花
盛開在墓旁


星光閃耀的旗下
哭泣的老人
微笑的女孩兒
吐舌喘息的狗
並肩而立

 

一輛火車  駛出站台
