There is a special leash that one end can

be put on trainer cros*****ody, and the other end can be hooked to a dog's collar.  So the trainer can use it with hands free indoor when does chores around house or outdoor.  I used it to train my dog "heel" when he was puppy.
Don't use flexi to train "heel".
