Never thought a sport can be such a big deal. To normal people,

Anybody who think otherwise should check their dysfunctional brains.

It's a good thing, a nice passtime entertainment. That's it. It's just not, should never be, at the level of national significance. This speaks to all sports.

In today's highly commercialized societies, everybody is entitled to take advantage of their own standing, be that real or inflated. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If anything that could be critisized, it would be the societies that give these athelates the standing that they may or may not deserve. That, my friends, include all those who feel be deceived, cheated, or whatever. You are the ones who brought the deception to yourself and you are the ones who invited the cheat, if there was a cheat.

Sports can bring glory, pride, and hyperventilation. Sports also come with falls and failure. Mind you, in most cases, sports bring a lot more failure and, only in rare cases, glory.  We celebrate break through. We should also celebrate failure. That's just part of the game and part of life.

Besides, the money comes from sponsors who did that for their own purposes, whatever they are. If they loss money because of the failure, why should you be concerned?

Let's face it. You felt angry because you failed to view sports as sports. You are a failure too.
