    大致故事是這樣地：女的給前夫寫情書，讓現在老公看見了。老公大怒，揚言要勒死她。女的逃到門外，想想有點虧，於是跑回屋內（這是允許用槍自衛的那條著名FL法律禁止的行為，不能主動惹禍），找到槍，對著牆碰碰2槍，老公嚇走。

     

    問題是那牆對麵是她2個孩子的房間。於是她被捕。陪審團12分鍾就判定她有罪，而FL法律規定這類犯罪隻能判20年。
