回複：Arnold is more like a democrate, while

First, Moonbeam has never been my governor. I was and am not a resident during his term.

To be fair, Arnold did try to cut spending during his first term, but he is facing a solidly democratic party controlled legislature, who still lived in the dream of big spending and big welfare.  They sabotaged most all of his plan and the governor and the legislature had a stallmate. The state tried to avoid a last minute  shut down and that was when the famous state IOU happend.

Moonbeam is facing a much easier job dealing with the congress. First, after these many years of slumping economy, even the hardest spender has to reconcile, plus, they have no republican to blame anymore.
