let me give you some advice

no body likes the new guy, and every body wants to destroy the new guy.  This is how human being live.

so first thing first, get along with everybody. 

 

discrimination is a very big word.  if you can't work with people you look down, you are the one will be destroyed, bacause they are too many.

Try to learn how to deal with morons.  I do that every day.  At the end of the day, I win.
