看到這個：

▪ There is an intimate connection/relationship between diet and health.

但是和人之間的關係，一說intimate，我聯係到的是男女之間的：

3 : involving sex or sexual relations
▪ They are in an intimate and committed relationship. ▪ He denies that they were ever intimate. = He denies that he was ever intimate with her. [=that he ever had sexual relations with her]
