Probably not being persistent is one of the reasons

why my english has not improved enough despite having lived in an english-speaking country for 10 years.Nowadays there are so many ways and resources of learning english...

I watched a lot of TV shows/movies,they didn't help me much with speaking. i guess I haven't been "Actively" learning?
