英文email 問題

來美國也不長，英文一般，在找工作，有個公司前幾天感興趣發個郵件問有可能和我有個phone interview不過幾天過去了也沒消息。管他怎麽決定的想發封信follow up 一下，各位幫看看格式中不中啊。
