Mr. self, I am very interested in the recovery issue you mention

I am very interested in the recovery issue you mentioned here, even though i didn't read and listen Elearner's post:)

the economy is showing signs of recovery. but it is still washy compared to boom-time. Reluctant investors start get back into the equity market; job gains are occurring. these are not phoney. however, we are facing a huge saturation of debt and insolvency.( i remember i saw a news about it on the other day)

2/3 of Americans think now is the time to buy a house, with the same or higher prices over the coming year. i'm sure this is a good sign for the recovery.
we all know the recovery is hard, extremely hard for this crisis. Will the government take desperate measures to keep a tenuous recovery and advance it?? we'll see.
