i know rhyming can make the poems flow well. but most of time,expression is more important than impression. when rhyming make us uncomfortable to express, we have to compromise.

secondly, if you are quite into old poetry you'd rhyme, just like you write sonnets. no rhyming,no sonnet:). but if you are into quite modern types,you would not always rhyme. correct?

all in all, depends on if you can express the poetry best.
