Never mind mistakes and accent, the aim of learning English is to communicate. As long as you can understand and make you laugh, that is it. It is my opinon.

I have very strong accent and make mistake all time, but it doesn't affect my job, doesn't affect my cummunication with people, even doesn't stop people liking me.-----------that is a joke.
