Is it fair that as a junior employee, I was assigned same heavy amount of jobs as other senior employees (or technicians)? Is it appropriate to value my jobs using the same standards? Besides, isn't it a bit of contradicting yourself when you commented that the quality of my jobs doesn't meet the standard, yet all the tasks are finished on time and to the standard?
