Agree that everybody has great potential in a lot of areas. To explore and develop that potential one must realize that everything is possible and then have a good plan and be persistent in implementing that plan.

By the way, when you use the template, you can adjust the width of the post by specifying a bigger number (ex 600 rather then the default 400) for the width in "Main Parameters".
