I call it -- Chinese Salad (就是普通的拌涼菜). You might hear many complaints re: too much meat and fat intake during holiday season. So, salad is always the first one gone in any Hi-cholesterol party!

I don't know how to translate "珍珠丸子" , pearl meat balls? :) (this one's made by a friend, not me)
