似乎我們每天都會被提醒，我們生活在一個大國競爭的時代，基於規則的秩序正在瓦解，強者可以為所欲為，弱者隻能忍受他們必須承受的一切。

 

It seems we are reminded everyday that we are living in an era of competition among big countries, rule-based order is falling apart, the strong can do whatever they want, and the weak can only bear whatever  they have to bear.
