This is the second last pumpkin we harvested in the fall of last year. The common way we eat the pumpking is just cutting it into chunk and boilling it with water. And then enjoy. So simple.
I would also save some of the pumpkin, peel it and cut it into slices, steam or microwave it, then blend it into a puree using a machine. Mix the puree with flour or rice flour to make food with bright goldend color and some sweetness.
