Help needed to treat plant pests. My roses are affected by budworms. New leaves are bitten with a lot of holes. It's said the whole plant could be destoryed in worst cases. I prefer natural ways on damage control. My searching results show neem oil can be an effective and safe way to treat many pests like budworms, Japanese beetles, mites and so on, it is safe to bees, flies, lady bugs, spiders or other good bugs. I don't want to use harsh chemicals to kill pests and also kill those bugs that feed on them. What neem oil does is it will slowly distroy the pests' digestion system. Seems neem oil can be used for skin care. I just tried 1ml neem oil diluted with 100ml water and a little dish soap help neem oil dissolving-- one of my web searching results . But I also saw 1ml neem oil in 1 liter of water, even 1% vs 1‰ seemed too much I don't see any negative effects on my rose. I am waiting to see out comes in the next few days Any experience with neem oil? Or other advices?

3. I planted two different kinds forget-me-not seeds in this Spring time. I learned forget-me-not can be planted during any growing seasons of a year. They bloom next Spring, the plant will die after flowers fade, reseed themselves automatically. See the blue core? This is Chinese forget-me-not; it is blooming now! Is it anti-seasonal? The local forget-me-not comes with yellow core and the same blue petals.--Not only no sign of flower , the plants are also much smaller.
