Kind of curious about his fast development cancer

It is rare to be diagnosed with cancer at such a young age. It is extremely rare to have cancer this aggressive. I am bit surprised England doctors didn't do more to help him live longer than just a couple of months. I am also puzzled if he feels any , I mean any symptoms at all before the late stage of his cancer. This thing doesn't come out from nowhere.

medical history is not as romantic as his personal love life. But it is worth paying attention to the less glamorous parts of his life perhaps.
