Do u have any frying pans to recommend?

In order to prepare the event of 食人間煙火，I need to learn to cook something.：）

I want to have a flat shallow frying pan for which I I have checked on Amazon. Seems most of them are made of cast aluminum. Are they safe for well-being？Do u guys have any good recommendations？
