country, you have to make use of whatever you have. Your knowledge, judgement and skills mean everything. Even in the first world, similar difficult circumstances could exist in case of blackout. AI is not so advanced as you might imagine it is. BTW, no AI can function without power. Good doctors work in the most difficult situations. Good AI simply can't.
