organic waste? unimaginable to decompose kitch waste myself

Organic waste? a little bit vague concept in here, it's unimaginable to me to decompose kitchen waste by myself.

The stink is horrible, like rotten carcases, makes me puke...

Garden waste? I wouldn't mind, but not absolutely necessary, as far as I am concerned, the city will contract the service out, collect the garden waste, decompose , or mulch it up, and sell it.  

Just remind me to finish reading the last part of the Soil article, the most promising part.
