I have not been practicing Pilates since I stopped going to the gym when the pandemic broke out two years ago. Instead, I try to work out at home. I have tried different types of workout, from ab roller, to Zumba, to Jazz dance, and so on. Currently I'm fascinated with belly dance. By watching the YouTube videos, I have learned some basic moves of belly dance, such as figure 8, shimmy, etc. Those moves make my body more flexible. Dancing is really a good workout, as it not only keeps my body fit but also improves my sense of rhythm. What kind of workout do you do to keep fit?

At home,I have been changing my workouts frequently, started using ab roller, then switched to zumba, then Jazz dance,etc.
I am interested in belly dance nowadays.
Following the above YouTube,I learned the basic dance moves, including figure 8, shimmy, etc etc, which make my body more flexible.
Dancing is really a good workout to keep fit and make you have a good sense of rhythm at the same time.
