定風波·南海歸贈王定國侍人寓娘

 

王定國歌兒曰柔奴，姓宇文氏，眉目娟麗，善應對，家世住京師。定國南遷歸，餘問柔：“廣南風土， 應是不好？”柔對曰：“此心安處，便是吾鄉。”因為綴詞雲。

 

常羨人間琢玉郎，天應乞與點酥娘。盡道清歌傳皓齒，風起，雪飛炎海變清涼。

萬裏歸來顏愈少，微笑，笑時猶帶嶺梅香。試問嶺南應不好，卻道：此心安處是吾鄉。 

 

 

My friend returned from the southern town

With his YueJi in company

It must be her refreshing music and songs

that has kept him cool in the hot weather

 

Her breath smelled the southern plum floral fragrance

I asked her if it’s hard to leave that beautiful place

She smiled, 

“Home is where my heart settles.”

 

YueJi (樂伎), 宇文氏應為王定國家伎, 實為家奴。家伎因有技藝在身，故在家庭中地位略高於普通奴婢。宇文氏的回答中充滿著身不由己的無奈和隨遇而安的豁達。我們每人各自境遇雖有不同，但誰的人生沒有幾分無奈呢？
