Thanks a million for the feedback. Yes, I did go

through physical therapy.  They discharged me once they thought I had learned all the modalities.  My slow healing has to do, I think, with post-surgery arthrofibrosis (a lot of scarring).  But it's ok; with this pandemic running amok, we can't go anywhere anyway.   I have enough patience and resolve to wear this thing out.  :)
