Originally  there was book,a well-written  one by the American  author 

Thomas Wolfe 1929,

Of Time and River.. 1935-

His editor  was the same one managing  Hemingway 's works,and there was a movie about this particular  literary editor-,he belonged to the Southern  School  like  Faulkner-,

The reason I remembered  him is because the excellent translation  into Chinese  by a professor from a taiwan university,and mysj supports learning  through  translation-:))..

The national  achieves  of USA  is very much a treasure  chest  for history buffs-:))..
