Have you gone fishing? a morning laughter

A man was pulled over by a police officer during a morning rush hour.

'Good morning, Sir, You know why you got pulled over, you were just speeding.' said the police.

'Yes, but look, it's rush hour, everybody is speeding, Why do you only pick me up?' the man argued.

So the police explained 'Have you gone fishing?'

'Yes I have.'

'Have you caught them all?'
