無題：滿城風雨近重陽 happy mood

滿城風雨近重陽，

今天的路挺漫長。

機器上跑十公裏，

這個運動叫有氧。

 

It is a rainy and windy day，

Chong Yang Festival is not far away.

The Road beneath my feet is long----

I ran ten kilometers  in the gym today.

It is  an aerobic exercise they say

which can  help me get strong.
