涼州詞  二首 

【其一】

葡萄美酒夜光杯²，欲³飲琵琶⁴馬上催⁵。

醉臥沙場⁶君⁷莫笑，古來征戰⁸幾人回。

 

The fine grape wine is held in the luminous cups,
 the rapid Pipa on the horse starts to entertain us.
 Don't laugh if we  lie drunk on the battlefield,
  How many would return from the war? Only a few！
