Dear friends on this forum,

I have a simple suggestion - how about we try to use English when posting, replying, and/or chit-chatting on this forum? After all, this is a forum dedicated to (American) English. It's good to see that some friends are already doing this, but we can do better. Also, if we do pay attention, we can learn and improve our language skills even when we're debating or arguing with one another. Do you agree?

I'd like to also invite your suggestions on:

  • what do you think is important and deserves our attention?
  • how can we improve this forum?
  • how can we encourage friends on this forum to share more often?
  • how can we attract more people to visit this forum?
  • how can we improve the quality and variety of posts here?
I look forward to seeing your ideas.
