Life on the toxic planet Earth

The west is simply ahead on the "pollution-cleanup-lecturing" curve, and some people tend to pretend that they never polluted anything. I'll be more convinced if they have not messed up this same issue decades ago and if they're not messing up other country's environment even as of now.
