看我製作過程：use my new stand mixer to beat the 6 egg whites first.

Then beat 8oz Philadelphia cream cheese spread mixed with the 6 yolks. I added 2 tablespoon sugar, a deviation from the original recipe. The original recipe asks for onion and chive cream cheese, I just used the plain cream cheese spread bought from Costco. Here is my final product, hehe. They collapsed a little bit before I got the camera.
