I think the following sentence is grammatically incorrect. Being a part of conversation, I know, it does not have to be grammatically correct. Just want to make sure. Thanks!

"There's a bird on the lawn that I think must be a nightgale come over (that has come over or coming over) on the Cunard or White Star Line, He's singing away ---"
